AT ROCK THE BAY SAFETY AND FUN ARE OUR PRIORITIES

2010 marks the 8th year for Rock The Bay Poker Run and each year our event has drawn a larger and larger field.

There are two priorities at Rock The Bay - they are #1 - SAFETY and #2 - FUN. We believe that you can have fun on the water without alcohol and we strictly enforce a zero tolerance rule for alcohol consumption by the Captain. We also prohibit any alcohol consumption by the passengers because in the event of an emergency, alcohol impairs your judgement and reflexes.

If you violate our rules and consume alcohol you will be immediately disqualified from Rock The Bay. We will remove the event registration sticker from your boat, you will be barred from any of our activities and asked to leave immediately. In addition, you will be barred from participating in any of our future events. We have a number of safety inspectors in attendence at Rock The Bay whose mission is to insure the safety of everyone in attendence.

If you violate our rules - the rules you agree to when participating we can assure you that you day will be short with us.
